I am currently unable to connect to one of my hubs remotely on the web. When I open up the "Registered Hubs" page, the "Connect to Hub" button is greyed out. I have verified that my Remote Admin subscription is active and I am able to connect to the hub with the mobile app.
I've read through a large list of posts on this topic over the past couple of years, and it seems on many occasions there was some issue with the Remote Admin subscription not being properly recognized. Not sure if that's my issue - would have thought if that was the case, I wouldn't be able to connect through the mobile app either.
Well, I guess that confirms there's an issue with my Remote Admin subscription being properly registered. My buttons aren't labeled "Go to Remote Admin" but rather "Add Remote Admin."
I've logged a Support Ticket - hopefully they'll get this resolved for me ASAP.
Remote admin subscription is active, but I'm unable to access my remote hub online. When viewing the page of registered hubs, the button that would normally be labeled "Connect to Hub" is instead labeled "Add Remote Admin." I believe this happened to me once before a couple years ago - my paid Remote Admin subscription doesn't seem to be properly registered in the system. Can Support please address this for me ASAP?
It seems like there is an issue not with your service but with my.hubitat.com displaying the incorrect label. Your service is active. Can you try to connect to the service by logging in directly into the Remote Admin portal? https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/login
Thanks @bobbyD for the Remote Admin portal link. I was previously unaware of that link (or maybe I just forgot about it). That works fine - I can access my remote hub. Why I cannot from the regular "Registered Hubs" page on the Hubitat site is a mystery (to me).
In any event, I can get in now so, problem (sort of) solved. Thanks.
