Several weeks ago I started a project with a C8 and around 35 zwave devices everything works correctly, developing new apps and including final devices. Voltage problems have recently arisen in the area and today I had to reset the breakers since some dimmers had been stuck including the Wi-Fi modem and the Ethernet bridge. The C8 kept its light blue. The Ethernet bridge is used to distribute the signal to TVs and directly to C8. All TVs connect to the internet and when I enter my.hubitat.com it does not allow me to connect to the C8. I don't know if it is necessary to define a fixed IP on the Ethernet bridge. All routines stopped working. Once one configures the HUB to connect via Ethernet, is there another way to connect to it? Any clues on how to get back in track? Thank you
That is saying that the UI isn't loaded. Try accessing port 8081 and see if you can reboot the hub. If that doesn't work there is a network reset underneath the hub that might force a reboot if held for about 7 seconds. (Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation)
Thank you for the feedback. I went back to the property and try resetting the Network, I noted that HE light was green but non of the routines where working so I decided to unplug it from its battery backup. Connected to power after a few seconds and everything was working ok. Any idea with might have caused the problem? It looks like there is an issue with the quality of energy on the property. My concern is that this might affect HE. I use a Konnected 7800 as backup and has worked.
