Can't connect to C-4 hub after update

I have an older c-4 hub that I attempted to update. After update it is not automatically found on the "Find Hub" page but does appear if I search by the MAC address. When I do that it shows up as .100 for the last octet of the IP address but can't be reached via the "Connect to Hub" button as that results in an "Unable to Connect" error. Output of nmap from Linux command line reports it as having an address ending in .143. How can I resolve this?

can you get to the hubip:8081 via a browser ?

Apologies, forgot to add that I had tried that as well. I also have to correct my initial post, the hub does NOT show up via nmap, but rather in the router's admin page under clients as .143 but offline. I also noticed that the Apple TV is listed as .100, but offline. Not sure where to go from here? Thanks!

Sounds like your Hubitat hub got the IP address your Apple TV might be assigned, and you might now have an IP address conflict. How are the Hubitat hub and Apple TV getting IP addresses? I'm going to assume DHCP. You need to go into your router and set a DHCP reservation for your hub and should probably do the same for your Apple TV. Once that is done reboot both and see if you can reach them at the IP addresses you reserved for each..

Thanks to everyone who helped out here! I got my C-4 working. I did the address reserve as suggested, and also recalled that the Zigbee / Z-Wave usb dongle had fallen out while I was re-organizing things the day before things went awry. I switched ports on that as well. Of course, now I've created a multi-variable equation so not sure which one fixed it but I'm back up & running and made to note to retest everything a bit later after I get my short term punch list done. The Hubitat community rocks!
