Hubitat C8
Powered by included cable directly to usb port on wall outlet
Trying to set up via ethernet but want to connect via wifi afterwards
Can see MyNewHubitat as a network
Modem/Router: Xfinity WiFi 6E Gateway
So, trying to connect and setup my new Hubitat C8 but it cannot be found. I do see the network (couldn't see it previously but a reset using the button on the back fixed that) but the app/setup can't find it.
Any help is appreciated!

On phone, it sees it as a network but doesn't take me to a portal. It just connects and states "Connected without internet".
On tablet, it took me to the portal, asked for network name and password. Once I entered it, MyNewHubitat network disappeared from list and it seemed to do nothing.

I've tried Advanced Discovery but nothing. Tried a MAC search and nothing as well.
UPDATE: Resolved. Logged in to my Xfinity Gateway, found the hub IP there (connected via ethernet), used hub IP on browser in phone and it launched the full registration and setup.
It sounds like you didn't use the "find my hub" page? That is the easiest method.
You should reserve the IP in your router now, so you don't need to use find my hub in the future if it changes IP after a reboot.
Yes! I had tried Find My Hub but it wasn't finding anything. And yes as well, noted in router for the future - both ethernet and wifi IPs.
