Can't cancel subscription - take two

I have tried multiple ways to cancel my Hub Protect subscription. I sold the hub and can't de-register it from my name until this is done so the new owner can add their account. It's currently pending cancellation. How do I fully cancel so they can do a full hub reset?

I posted here earlier asking for help, and someone said to go to Subscriptions – Hubitat Support and submit a support request. Then they closed/deactivated my post, preventing me from replying.

I've done that. Twice. It's been several days and nothing has changed. It has not been taken care of quickly like so many in this forum say it will be. I'd like this thread to stay open until the problem is solved.

Do you have another hub? Because you can transfer the subscription.

Visit: https://my.hubitat.com/ Log in and click on Registered Hubs. You'll see your collection of hubs. At the bottom of each, that has a subscription, is an option to Transfer.

Additionally, you can click on Subscriptions and see your collection of subscriptions. Click View and there in the center is a CANCEL button.

@bobbyD gave you a thumbs up in that thread and closed it and you should recieve a message about shutting the sub down once he sees the ticket.

The problem, @rlithgow1 , is that you're a stationary observer. Whereas @jm1 seems to be traveling at speeds approaching the speed of light. So 18 hours for the rest of us has been several days for them.

The subscription is fully cancelled but the service remains active for the subscription period (one year from the purchase date). Until the service effectively expires, the subscription remains in pending cancelation.

In some cases, our support staff may help speed up the process by early terminating the service on the hub side, but they will not be able to issue a prorated refund, and the resolution time may take up to 3 business days.
