I can add it to Homekit no problem. But the only offical way to add Leviton fan controllers seems to be z-wave. Has anyone been able to get a Wi-Fi only Leviton Fan controller added to Hubitat?
HE doesn’t support WiFi connected devices directly.
Well some, as long as they have a local API that hubitat can use...LIFX, Shelley etc.. 
No as they are cloud based. You might convince someone in the community to write an integration if there is an open API. Hubitat's core tenet is to have everything be 100% local natively. They do leave most cloud integrated stuff to the community to develop.
