Can't add Sylvania Lightify motion/temp sensor OR Centralite 3 micro sensor

I have these two zigbee sensors that were working fine on my wink 1 hub until a few hours ago when I started moving my digital life from wink to hubitat. I've gotten everything else to work (even my Schlage lock!) but I cannot get the hubitat to find these two devices no matter what I try. I've replaced batteries, volt tested the new ones - lights are flashing on the sensors, but HE never picks them up... Anyone have some tips or tricks on how to pair them with HE? I've removed them from wink, and followed the reset procedure (take out battery, hold reset button while inserting battery again) and there must be something more I'm missing... I have two Sylvania zigbee plug in light switches that paired and work just fine - so I don't think it's my radio or such. I've also tried to pair them right next to the hub with extension cords... help?

I have 6 Sylvania motion sensors paired that have been working flawlessly since my SmartThings days. I know they work well on channels 15-20. So. Check what channel your Hubitat is on. 15 or 20 have been the best for my devices. Another thing is that sometimes when a device won’t join, a hub reboot fixes it. Depending on how many battery powered devices you have, maybe you need more repeaters. I have a zigbee plug in every room to repeat for the end devices, it also impoves battery life because the end device won’t need to broadcast at high power to reach a router.

How many total Zigbee devices do you have paired to the hub? (If it's way less than 32, then it's probably not what I'm thinking here, which is the Zigbee end device limit, which your repeaters also add a bit to so the concerning number is really probably 40 or more).

Ken's message rings true with me. I initially had some problems with Zigbee devices when the hub was using a Zigbee channel in the twenties (24 or 25). I changed it to channel 20 and it's been solid since. SmartThings (before removal) was using 14 and that also worked well.

I have two zigbee wall plugin modules that work fine - but these two zigbee motion sensors won't get picked up. I had to change to channel 20 to get the two plugin modules to work - so I am already on 20. So it's doesn't appear to be a channel or number of devices kind of thing... I unpaired these two from wink already, AND did a factory reset, but they just don't get detected by hubitat.

If you still haven’t been able to get the sensors to join, maybe try powering down the hub completely and unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. That will power cycle the zigbee radio, which doesn’t happen with just a reboot. These should just immediately join unless there is an issue with the radio.

While trying to get my schlage lock to work last night (that wasn't pretty either) I had to power it off and move it physically closer, get longer ethernet cables, etc... the lock paired after a few more tries with it hanging off the door handle - but even then, and after I re-situated it back in it's normal spot of our house (powering off again to recable and move it) it still doesn't detect these little fellas.

When I switched from SmartThings, I noticed that the Hubitat hub didn’t seem to have as strong of a zigbee radio, and couldn’t reach everything from the same exact location that the ST hub occupied. If I were you, I would pick up a Samsung zigbee outlet plug or 2 and see if that fixes things. I have the Sylvania, Samsung, and Peanut plugs, but my Samsung repeat the best, and have been the most reliable. I ended up running a new ethernet cable to the most central location in the house for the Hubitat and mounting it near the ceiling, and still needed repeaters for everything to work reliably. I’m very happy with it now, but it took some time to get it all working reliably.
