When I go through the process of adding a new user it acts like it accepted it. When it brings me back to the user list the new user isn't there. Also tried clicking done after adding and it's not showing when I go back into the app. Any ideas ?
Factory reset the lock. You can't write to existing slots in the lock, nor can Lock Code Manager or the lock driver read from existing slots in the lock that it didn't write to itself.
also it doesnt work well if the lock already had codes.. or some locks have the codes in different locations than others..
I normally configure the locks first by adding and deleting codes directly through the locks device panel in hubitat and then lock code manager seems to work fine for me.
It worked on a pc browser. Idk if it was a mobile issue or I just got lucky, but it saved.
