Can't Add Device Via Smart Start On Android

It just spins....

I did change routers recently.

With mobile turned off, only WiFi on, I can control devices on the dashboard and everything else except add.

At one point I got a message saying phone has to be on same network as Hub, which it is.....HOWEVER....the app says I'm on (Cloud) and it has the old IP address.

Is there a way to get them synced.

As I said everything else seems to work.
It also works when on mobile only, as far as everything else, but that's to be expected.

App version is 2.0.9 (294)

Uninstalled app/Reinstalled app.
That fixed it.
