Can't acess hub on Orbi Mesh Wifi system

Hi,
I just set up an Orbi Mesh wifi system with 1 router and 1 satellite and now I can't access my hub portal.
I tried accessing it using both my laptop and my cell phone and neither one works. I keep getting this error message

when i search for the hub the only way it finds it is if I do an advance search and type in the MAC address but then when i click on the hub i get the above message

any ideas or tips on how to be able to access my hub? I really would like to be able to use hubitat and not have to switch back to SmartThings so any tips or things to try would be very helpful, I'm relatively new to wifi mesh systems and hubitat

Did you reserve an IP address for the hub or is it being served by DHCP? If you didn't reserve an IP I'm guessing that the IP has changed. So, let's try opening a browser and seeing if hubitat.local will bring it up. If that doesn't work, I'd just log into the router and have it display all attached devices and write down the IP address that is being used (and make a DHCP reservation while in there).

I did not reserve an IP address for my hubitat hub. I found the IP address for the hub its 10.0.0.xx but before I set up the Mesh wifi system it was 192.168.1.xxx
am I have issues because the IP address changed from starting with 192 to now starting with 10?
(sorry I don't know much about IP address and things like that)

It looks like the Orbi is set up "Use Router as DHCP Server"

how do I make a DHCP reservation? just click the ADD button under the Address Reservation section?

The 192. wasn't valid so the hub requested a new address and was given the 10. Click the add button and you should be able to add the Hub's MAC to a 10. address and reserve it.

ok so I have added it

ok cool when I manually type in the IP address of the hub into chrome I'm able to open it, but when I go to find.hubitat.com it finds a hub but looks like it has the wrong IP address its 10.0.0.44

any idea why that is?
I guess I can just bookmark the correct IP address just weird that its finding a hub but with the wrong IP address (I only have 1 hubitat)

The find.hubitat.com should catch up shortly, but my guess is that at some point .44 was valid. Shouldn't move around any more though.

awesome thanks so much for your help
