C-7 | 2.4.0.151 (2.3.8.119 as well) | LAN connection
My C7 seems to be stuck in some kind of blue light/database loop or something? I noticed I could not access the main UI from any device and some of my devices are not working, but I am able to access the diagnostic tools. I have tried:
- multiple reboots
- unplugging the device itself
- rolling back versions (2.3.8.119 now)
- multiple soft resets
- it does not seem to be network resetting? If I hold the little button on the bottom, the solid blue light never blinks or flashes or anything, no matter how long I hold it for.
When soft resetting, it seems to work initially but as soon as I upload a backup and it attempts to restart I am back in the solid blue dot and unable to access the main UI. I have tried a couple different backups as well, and it always seems to break again.
The only other potential factor I can think of is that I did a fair amount of changes to my network setup at home, but everything else in my home works with no issues and I did not set it to any manual IPs or make any DHCP changes etc. (I did set fixed DNS settings, but again, everything else on my home network works fine.)
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated! Is it possible all of my backups are corrupt? Could this just be a network access issue and not an issue with the Hubitat?
