Can't access local anymore

Two days ago my dashboards on an iPad and iPhone lost access to their pictures for no apparent reason. I’m using version 1.1.3 of the iOS app because it shows whether the cloud or local is being accessed. (I can’t find how to do it in version 2.0.3) The dashboards on the iOS devices are now defaulting to accessing the cloud instead of local. The devices respond to turning lights on and off as long as it says Dashboard (cloud), but my pictures are blank. When I switch to local none of the dashboards will even open.

Today I installed release 2.3.9.166 on my computer hoping that when the hub rebooted things would straighten out. I had several problems with the update, including the computer interface refusing to load. After several reboots and power downs I finally got the interface back. But after the update the pictures don’t display on the PC dashboards either. There was a message when I first tried the upgrade that mentioned the cloud. Since I can't see the pictures I'm assuming that I'm on the cloud rather than local.

My Hub is a C5. Hub name on LAN is [hubitat.local]

How do I get everything pointing to local again?

Sounds like your IP changed. Check the settings for your pics (I assume they're at http://whateveripyourhubis/hub/etc/thispic.jpg

Go into your router and set a DHCP reservation for that IP.

Once done reboot your hub and you should see them.

Note: Since pics like that are on your internal network, you will not be able to see them when connected remotely from the cloud.

Thank you!!
I happened to stumble upon the answer myself just before I saw your reply. I have bookmarks in my browser to go directly to Apps, Devices, etc and I noticed they no longer worked. After I panicked I tried access them from the main screen on the Hubitat interface I realized that the IP address was different.

Setting a DHCP reservation on your router will solve it.
