Cannot reset hub (solid blue light on C-7)

My hub (REV C-7) switched to having a solid-blue LED this morning, and have attempted the following to recover it, without success at every step:

  1. Used the diagnostic tool (ver 1.1.110) to reboot the device
  2. Used diagnostic tool to restore previous version (reverted to 2.3.3.140)
  3. Used diagnostic tool to enter safe mode (it didn't enter safe mode)
  4. Soft reset (did nothing, no reboot, no change in behavior)
  5. Went to factory recovery and after confirming that I wanted to recover, nothing happened. No reboot, no sign of activity, nothing. I also restarted it after waiting ten minutes to no avail.

I'm at a loss because it was working perfectly fine earlier this morning. The only sign that it gave me when it stopped responding was a couple lights deciding to turn on without being commanded to do so.

I would recommend submitting a warranty case at the Support website:
