I have two entries in settings/zwave details devices 7 and 22 that I cannot get rid of no matter what I try.
Clicking repair ( if available ) refresh, remove, discover buttons does nothing. The action takes some time judging by the rotating icon in the browser. It would be nice to have some kind of hourglass spinner in Hubitat oh well... but nothing happens at all.
Are the devices powered? Can you disconnect power (or remove the battery) and try again?
The first entry I guess is created by unsuccessful attempts to include a device sometimes long time ago. The device 7 on the photo is probably registered successfully with another ID so it could be the entry is a duplicate. The second entry is the result of a faulty Wink siren that I tried to include a few days ago. It would always get stuck at "initializing" state. It still included but refused to work at distance of more than 1 ft from the controller. I successfully excluded it it and powered off, but this entry is left behind.
It's tricky to get rid of a device that is still powered on. Normally repeated clicks on repair and refresh will get rid of a device that the hub can no longer contact, either because it's powered off or it's out of range. That's where @aaiyar was headed with his question. For the wink siren, if the device is actually powered down, clicking repair repeatedly may eventually give you a "remove" option and that may work. There is also some nightly cleanup that happens within HE so you may want to give it a day or two.
If the other device is still present and powered on, it's gonna be a bit more challenging. If you think you know what device it is (could be device 8, for instance) you can try powering that one down. Otherwise I have seen people physically relocate their hub so it's out of range (like to a neighbor or office location) and then try removing it. That's a pain but it does seem to work.
There is another option involving using an inexpensive zwave stick ($20) as a secondary controller but that's definitely a tad more complicated. It also requires the physical device be unplugged or out of range. Here's some excellent documentation:
I commented on your other post about your wink siren. It is possible that the existence of these two ghosts created issues for you when you tried to include it. If you get rid of the ghosts you might try one more time with the Wink siren before you return it
