Cannot register Hubitat to my email (can't contact previous owner)

I bought a Hubitat from eBay last year and am unable to register the device in my email address. I tried contacting the previous owner to transfer, but have been unsuccessful.

I sent an email to support@hubitat.com and did not get a response. Can someone please help?

Tagging here is best. You should have gotten a canned message showing that email is not actively monitored and to post here.
