I am seeing this on my backups page:
Cannot process some backups for (my email)
What exactly does this mean?
FWIW: I have this hub on the protection plan and have scheduled weekly backups.

Apparently you have to be logged in to your cloud account... After I did that the error went away and my cloud backups are listed.
