Cannot pair Zigbee Tuya WSD500A Temperature/Humidity sensor device to C8 but that same sensor will connect to my C7.

I hope you guys are working on a resolution, I just bought this C8 for the long rang Zwave and decided I was going to go this route vs HA cause Smartthings is just way too unreliable nowadays. But the very first sensor I tried to pair failed so now I'm questioning myself and thinking maybe I do need to go to HA. So may have a C7 and C8 up for sale soon.

Platform Version 2.3.5.124 appears to have solved this issue,
