I need help. I have Hubitat c8 its working good for few months. Last 2 days all my switch that connect to this hub is not working anymore. When i check the hub. i cannot log in anymore to the hub both local and remote. Several reset and router reset doesnt work. Do i need to do a factory reset? Replace this one or need help how fix this one. The light of the hub is blue.
The blue light is the problem. Can you connect to the Diagnostic Tool? This is port 8081 at the IP address. See here for more:
If so, you have some options, but the first thing I'd do is download the latest backup from there just in case something more is wrong. You could try restoring a previous version and then re-upgrading, to name one easy and safe step to try after that. (I would not suggest going crazy with the resets yet unless you don't mind starting entirely over.)
What is the color of the led on the Hub? Is is green, Blue, or red?
Have you tried the find my hub option in the Mobile app?
If you didn't set the hub to a static ip or do a dhcp reservation it could changed the IP?
If you have unplugged and plugged it back in multiple times now you could have a corrupt DB. Even if you do figure out how to get in you will want to do another reboot with the option to Rebuild the Database.
