I have an iPhone X and my daughter has an iPhone 15. Neither of us can touch the main tile on an EZ dashboard to turn a dimmer on or off. We have to first touch the 3 little dots on the upper right corner (which isn't the easiest to do, BTW, on either phone) and then we can turn it on or off (and, of course slide the dimmer).
I thought we could just touch it before and use the 3 dots to adjust the dimmer. I know I can make the tile bigger, but then it is 4 times the area (2x2 vs. 1x1).
Please allow us to just touch the tile (or maybe the icon - but someplace) on the main tile to just turn it on and off.
October 1, 2024 Update. I was able to touch the icon on an EZ dashboard to turn a light off so I tried to turn it on with my iPhone and it worked. I tried to turn a 2nd light on and off from my iPhone from the same EZ dashboard and it worked too. I haven’t tried it on my daughter’s phone yet, but mine seems to be working now. However, I did notice it took much longer than normal when I went to dashboards on the app on my iPhone the first time. I don’t know if something was updating or what. I went to Notifications, closed the app (swiped up from my hone page) and then reopened the app and went to the dashboard page and while there was a definite couple of seconds withe the spinner, it wasn’t as long as the first time - whatever that means/implies.
