I used HPM to install the Tuya IoT Cloud application but when I go to Add user app it's not listed, nor is it listed on the Apps code page.
I do see it listed if I go to the Repair App option. What am I missing? TIA for any help.
IIRC, that's a driver, not an app.

You have to follow the developer’s instructions to get this cloud-based integration with an external system to work.
@hydro311 is correct, the code HPM installs on your hub for you is a driver, not an app.
If by chance you have HA, the Tuya integration there works great, and it doesn't need any of the Developer account nonsense. All you need is the code from the personal Tuya app settings and it connects and pulls in all devices. Just FYI. I wish someone would look at that integration and reproduce it on Hubitat so that a developer account is not needed. I just use the Tuya app now and I moved the few IoT wifi devices I have over to the Tuya app (instead of connecting them in SmartLife, or whatever other Tuya app the device normally suggests to use).
Then I use HADB to bring them all into Hubitat as Hubitat devices.
Per above, for community drivers its almost always (99.9% of the time) best to post questions about an integration or drivers in the topic created by the author.
That way the developer will get notified, and other users of the integration/drivers will likely also see it so you'll get the best help.
