Cannot get Zwave working on c-7

Hello all--
Trying to set up a C-7 hub and I've been posting all my Zigbee problems with it for weeks now...

I finally got most of the Zigbee stuff sorted (old Iris v1 devices with older firmware).
Now I've updated the hub to 2.4.3.158 so I could add newer/Zwave plus devices with their drivers. I bought 5 new ZWave devices, and cannot get any of them to behave.

Two Zooz double outdoor plugs paired fine, and I can switch them on and off from their device pages, but the dashboards cant control them. The tiles are "Unknown" and if I click one the log throws a javascript error saying that "off" is not supported.

Two Philio multisensors: refuse to pair. I have reset and tried them probaby 20 times each.

A Honeywell T-6 Thermostat: won't pair, and won't exclude. After every fail, I have to factory reset the thing. Once it got as far as asking about some security thing, and I clicked "no security" because I don't give a â– â– â– â–  at this point, and don't know what it means, and it failed that time too. But usually it never even gets to that stage. Again, I've tried it at least 20 times. Been doing this for days now.

I tried rebooting the hub numerous times.
Tried refreshing, rebuilding and re-everything I can find. Nothing.
There is nothing in the "Zwave Logs".
The hub logs report nothing while inclusion is supposedly running.

Does anybody have any suggestions for me? I'm about as frustrated as I can get.
Wishing I had my old c-5...

When you do this, do you issue a reboot command, or a shutdown command, and then pull power from the hub for several seconds?

That will reboot your Z-Wave radio. Otherwise, the radio is not rebooted.

The Zooz issue sounds to me like it may be using the wrong driver… Have you checked if others have had similar issues in the community?

Have you checked your Z-Wave details to confirm you don’t have any ghosts? If you’re not sure how to tell, please post a screenshot of your full Z-Wave details screen and there are quite a few people in the community that can help identify them.

What driver (device Type) are these using?

Don't play with the security settings, especially if you aren't sure about them. If you have questions, post a screenshot and somebody can tell you if you need to do something specific. Typically you should just proceed by clicking NEXT or DONE.

As to why it isn't pairing, see below about ghosts.

Again, +1, I would check this for sure after saying you have tried pairing that many times.

I agree, someone here can take a peek and see if you have ghosts, which can cause multiple issues.

Z-wave logs aren't typically useful in situations like this. They aren't really error logs, and they are only giving communication between the hub and a device. I would ignore these for the time being.

Ah! That fixed a host of problems. Didn't realize the Zwave radio was not rebooting.
Got the Thermostat running!
The Philio Multisensors are up and running too.
Now it's just the Zooz outdoor plugs. Paired but dashboard tiles still not functional...
(I tried excluding one and setting it back up with that SmartStart thing which did not work at all. So I just did another standard zwave include.)
They are using the right driver! I also have a new Third Reality Moisture Sensor that I can't find a driver for. I will look around for different drivers or more info...

Yea, that definitively sounds like a different issue. Is your issue with the Legacy or new dashboard? Did you find any other posting reporting similar issues in the community?

You shared a screenshot of the Double Plug showing that it's on two dashboards. That appears to be the parent device. You need to place the child devices on the dashboard to control them.

See below. The top tile is my Zen14 which I added to the dashboard just to confirm it would come up as an unknown device and throw the same error you're seeing when clicked. The bottom two tiles are the two child devices on this switch and they work as expected from the dashboard.

Yup! That's the problem. Child devices were not on dashboard.
Fixed. Thanks!
Now I just have to find a driver for the Third Reality Moisture Sensor...

I'm using "Hubitat® Dashboard". Is that a "new" dashboard?

That would be what I referred to as the legacy dashboard.

Found a Third Reality Leak Sensor Driver...

@Sebastien Is there a newer nicer one you like?
This one is mighty plain...

I don’t have one of those, but maybe someone else who does will chime in.

Looks like I have one more Zwave question... these two Philio multisensors were working fine when they were close to the hub. But then I moved three of the Zwave devices to their final location, and now one says "not responding" while the other says "pending > refresh > remove > replace". The Zooz smart plug (repeater) is responding to commands in the new position. The Philios are 3 feet away from the plug... on the other side of a cinder block wall. It seems like they should be able to see each other? Should I just wait for a while and see if they figure it out? Should I keep restarting the Zwave radio? (Tried that once) Is there any downside to rebuilding the whole network until it takes? (That seemed like it might just mess up the things that are working OK.)

Nevermind! I got my answer. Just wait. They found themselves overnight.
Thanks all for your help. This community is what makes Hubitat so solid.
