hi- C8-Pro with version 2.4.3.164. I'm on the latest driver to the Inovelli red 2-1 (VZW31-SN). When i hit the get temperature on the commands tab, nothing is shown on events or logs, or on the commands or device info. I can see that the last command is get temperature. This works fine on the Inovelli Blue 2-1s I have. any thoughts?
@MD617 - With the live log open in a separate window try opening the problem device's "Commands" page and press "Configure". Once the device goes quite in the logs then you can try sending the Get Temperature command again and see if it now reports the temperature. I do not have one of these devices, so it could be something else, but this is a good starting point.

Also what Firmware are you on? 1.02 was the version where Parameter P32 - Internal Temp Monitor (read only) was added.
What driver are you using. The built in Drivers don't always have all the features that the Inovelli Driver provides. If you have version 1.02 and have already tried running "Configure" and still are not seeing the Temperature after running "Get Temperature" you may want to try switching to the Inovelli Driver.

on firmware 1.02 and using the Inovelli driver VZW31-SN they have created (most recent version). unfort the configure did not help.
You mentioned you are on the most recent version of the driver, but worth double checking as the release notes for the driver show:
- 2025-12-20(EM) Fixing bug in getTemperature command that was preventing the temperature from being reported.
So within the past 10 days the issue was thought to be resolved.
Tagging @ericm as he wrote the driver and may have input.
