Cannot find devices (Zigbee, Zwave etc...)

Not sure if it needs to be. All sengled ZIGBEE bulbs work, as well as most other ZIGBEE and ZWAVE bulbs. HE is pretty explicit that it is a ZIGBEE and Z-WAVE platform. There are a few wifi devices that work natively but that's because the manufactures reached out directly to hubitat and made them local controllable. HE is pretty simple overall, but you have to understand the protocols involved and the protocols of what you're purchasing. Like I use Lutron Caseta switches primarily in my house. The integration is native to HE... BUT it requires the Lutron Pro Hub 2 for telnet control. This is pretty explicit. The documentation itself is pretty up to date and overall doesn't take a rocket scientist to install things like Basic Rules, and Simple motion and lighting to get started. In your first post you mention Aqara sensors. While they are ZIGBEE they tend to eventually drop off the mesh because they aren't fully zigbee compliant. There are work arounds (such as using ikea trafiardi repeaters) but that is why they are NOT in the compatibility list but do work for the most part.
