Cannot fetch backups for null

I am getting this message on the backup screen. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Do you have any hubs on Hub Protect? (Thinking that itโ€™s trying to find a cloud backup that doesnโ€™t exist.) What firmware are you on?

I do have one hub with the subscription. Then I have two hubs without the subscription. It's running 2.3.4.138

You should a link that says something along the lines of Reload Backups, try clicking that.
