Good morning! I've recently upgraded to a C8 pro (supper happy with the longer range radios) but can't for the life of my disconnect my older c7 from my account. It says the hub has active subscriptions, but I've already transferred it.
My hub is now in someone elses hands and they're quite frusterated at not being able to fully use it. I have an open ticket for this, but its been a few weeks. Can someone assist asap please, and thank you!
Thanks. I've done that, and the subscription only shows on my new C8 Pro. The C7 is still listed on my account, however, and incorrectly says the subscription is still active on it. I have a ticket open, but they said the issue was resolved, but it isn't yet. That's why I posted here for them as well as I think this might get a quicker turnaround.
