Cannot complete registration process

I am trying to set up a new hub and just keep getting this error over and over: In order to use subscription services you must first register your hub. Click [here] to complete the registration process.
I click the link and nothing happens.

Have you tried rebooting the hub? Go to Settings, then select Reboot Hub. Also, if your hub is unable to connect to the cloud, the registration cannot complete, so that may also be a problem that could prevent you from registering the hub.

Thank you, it was indeed a network issue. The Hubitat devices do not supporting subnetting?
