Cannot access hubs locally

All Of a sudden I cannot access my 2 hubs locally through portal or even right to the IP address. I can do advances discovery and portal finds it immediately via MAC address. I see the the IP address matches what is in the router.

Any ideas? I have rebooted hubs as well.

If you can't get to them, how did you reboot them?

try a different device (phone, tablet, etc)

that will help you decide between fault of computer/device or HE

Have you tried the hubitat diagnostic tool at ip:8081

I'm in the same boat. Can't reach the hub locally or using IP:8081.

From another thread, I'm guessing that since I set up VLANs on my network thats could be the cause. But it means I'm doing something dumb on my end, since the HE should be working since it's on the same VLAN as every other device.

Ubiquity ER-X > TP-Link SG1016DE > Hubitat.

I have a main VLAN (10) and an IoTwifi VLAN (20).

I reset my DHCP range to make sure the hubitat was included, even though it was already set statically.

Any tips on how it is supposed to be set up within a VLAN?

When I search via MAC address, Hubitat Portal discovers it as xxx.xxx.4.55, which was reserved in my router.

I updated the DHCP range to start at x.x.x.40 so that the device would be within the range, but that didn't help.

I have the HE's port (#9) on my switch set for Tagged for VLAN 10 and tried it as Untagged to no avail.
