Cannot Access hub nor the Diagnostic Tool after firmware upgrade

I just upgraded the C-7 hub and it says that right now it's running 2.2.6.133 (not sure that's the latest) and can no longer access the Hub at all or the dashboard or the Diagnostic tools. I can tell it's still working (such as my locks) but no notifications. When I try to access it from the app I get "no response from". So I cannot even reinstall the earlier version of the firmware. Would appreciate any guidance you may provide!

More than likely you don't have either a static ip or a DHCP reservation on your router for the HE so the IP address changed (You should do one or the other) Go to find.hubitat.com and it should find your hub. If not, go into your router's dhcp table and you should find it or at least match the mac address of the hub (on the back of the hubitat) with the ip in the table. (hint just match the last 4 number/letters)
