Hi there,
Pretty new to hubitat but would like to know if it is possible to use the Candeo Zigbee Dimming Smart Plug where the plug is set to a level before it is switch on as it is in the bedroom. I would like to set it to 20% then turn it on. Then increase every 10 minutes by 20% until it reaches 100%.

Yes, most dimmer devices can be turned on and set to a specific level. You can use the Hubitat basic rules app to do that, and it can also be configured to increase the level by 20% every 10 mins til it reaches 100%.
