Cancel gradual dim

Hi,

I have two rules that do different things with the same devices. When my Alexa alarm sounds which happens spread out 4 times, a long gradual increase of lights happens. When my cell alarm sounds which is my last resort, no more snoozing get your ā– ā– ā–  up alarm, after a cancelable delay, the same light starts strobing, sirens blare etc. Problem is the gradual increase conflicts with the strobe. So in the one instance (the last alarm) when both sound, I want the cell alarm rule to cancel the Alexa alarm actions. I can canceled delayed actions, but does that interrupt the gradual dim if it's already started? How can I stop that rule entirely, including an already started gradual dim?

"Cancel Delayed Actions" won't work for the "Fade dimmer over time" thing (that only works on delays, either the "Delay" action or the "Delay" option on an action), but there is one that will work: "Cancel Rule Timers." See below:
