If I have a Room Lighting instance with a “Delay Turning OFF”, it would be desirable if a subsequent activation canceled the delayed off or at least an option that let me indicate that that is the behavior I want.
Short of that, because I assume that turning-off conditions are evaluated at the time of the turn-off event and not after the timer expiration, I am not seeing any workarounds to this unexpected and undesired turning off other than to not use RL’s built-in turn-off delay feature and move the logic to Rule Machine, but I welcome any other suggestions.
