Can you turn off the indicator light on a SONOFF S31?

I have these in my bedrooms for light control. The little green light on each is very bright. Looking for the magic setting check box to disable it. No luck for this newbie. Is this a possibility or do I have to resort to simply covering the light with something to block it?

I'm guessing you are using Zigbee in which case I believe the answer is no. If you are using Tasmota the answer is yes but I don't recall the actual setting.

Yes Zigbee model, and thank you for the reply.

Two possible solutions

I like the Light Blocking Stickers. Thank you for pointing them out.

My solution for almost every light. LOL

My 7 pack of different colored electrical tape has served me very well over the years. If you are OCD, a hole punch can be useful too to make neat circles.

Another, more permanent solution

Many years ago, a friend had a check engine light on due to catalytic converter efficiency. Nothing that would cause the car to stall. He couldn’t afford the cost of repairs and didn’t want me to keep resetting the light. A strategically placed piece of black electrical tape covered the light.

Is that really for the eyeballs? Permanent but very painful.

Oh my God how did I not know about this!?

New weekend plans: Replace every random piece of electrical tape covering an LED w/a hole-punch version. So excited!!

Well, that would turn the LEDs off on everything permanently (at least for the pokee)

I found I have white electrical tape and now looking for the kids hole punch. Since the last one moved out years ago, it's proving to be difficult.

I like the electrical tape because I find that some of the lights are so bright. I can still see them through the electrical tape. Especially with colors like white.

I did try the purpose built dimmer stickers, but for really bright lights they were still too bright even with the sticker on.

That's why I think electrical tape is actually a superior solution to the purpose made stickers.

But that's just a personal preference.
