Can you integrate the TRÅDFRI gateway instead of individual devices?

I want my ikea blinds linked to TRÅDFRI then TRÅDFRI to Hubitat

Not possible.

There is a Tradfri gateway integration for Node-RED and (I think) Home Assistant. So you could integrate them with Hubitat via those routes.
