Can 't setup new C8 Pro hub


I just got a new C8 Pro hub from Amazon today
I followed he instructions to setup with an Ethernet connection.
I get flashing red & green lighs and no wifi connection, A hard reset does the same thing. The setup won't proceed.

I pull the ethernet connection, do a hard reboot and I get the same results.

It has created a MyNewHubitat connection, but when I click on it, it doesn't open as described in the docs.

What can I do to make it function? I wanted to automate my Xmas lights.
Should I return it to Amazon?

The setup was done from a PC,,,If I try to access the wifi network that the hub creates from a phone, I get a different result. But it ends up failing in a different way.I get a message which says "can't save wifi data'... connect via ethernet

At this point I’d probably connect it via ethernet, and press the network reset button (Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation) underneath the hub for about 7-10 seconds (hub should reboot), and also make sure your PC is on the same subnet as the hub.

I finally got it setup. I switched to WiFi, hit the rest button and rana ub detection... I went to sleep then. When I came back this morning, it had found the hub and let me continue.

I now have to try switching it to ethernet
