Is there anyone how can tell me why i can’t create or edit a rule on my pc and on my ipad its no problem!

Is the ipad using the same network? Changes to rules can only be done on the same local network as your hub (generally speaking)
Laptop, hub, iPad are on the same network.
With iPad i can change the rules, on laptop i can’t😡
What does "can't" mean? What do you see? Can you get into Rule Machine but just not edit? Have you tried a different browser? Are you using any Javascript blockers?
Ok, my english isn’t verry good, i know. I can het into rule machine, but can not edit. Browser is IE.
I think IE is deprecated for now.. while Microsoft gets a new browser rolled out. I don't use it, don't own a PC.. but I did skim Threads where that was what I retained.

Try Chrome or Firefox instead. The Hubitat team is not supporting Internet Explorer.
