Can only see one button in button controller 3.1

Hi, I have a Z-wave wall switch with 4 buttens. If I include this switch it is suggested with the driver for 'RGBgenie Micro Switch ZW-4004'. However, with this diver there is no status change or anything in the event log if I press a button. If I use Generic Z Wave Butten Controller everyting looks fine, if I press butten 2 a message appears that the butten 2 was pressed, etc. But when I try to use the butten controller 3.1 to connect the buttens to a dimmer I only can see one button. Is there a way around this? Thanks for helping!

Show the device page for the button device. It should have a NumberOfButtons attribute set.

Change the driver to the virtual button controller, change the button preferences to 4, save settings, then switch back to the working driver.

Thank you very much. Changing the driver to virtual, setting number of buttons and changing back to the working driver did the trick! Very swift response too, both from you and the hub!

Having the same problem, but i don't understand how to change the driver. Any chance someone could take some screen shots for me?

Change the driver, where it says type (on this one Lutron Fast Pico). Remember what you have here before changing it.

Pull that down and change to Virtual Button, and hit Save Device.

Then set the number of buttons in Preferences::

And hit Save Preferences. Then change the driver back to your original one, and hit Save Device again, That will properly give the device the correct number of buttons so that Button Controllers will see it the way you expect it to.
