Can not Register C7 hub

  1. I am trying to register a new C7 hub for use in my MotorHome,

  2. The Ethernet is connected to my T-Mobile cellular internet router. (UW 5G high speed)

  3. I see the hub on my laptop but nothing happens when I try to register it.

  4. I only see my c8 hub that I use in my main home.

  5. My Rv and home have a different internet providers.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Is the hub itself confirmed hooked up to the internet? Go into network settings and ping 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and see if you get a response.

And if you get a positive response, try pinging google.com.
