I configured a name for my hub and rebooted my hub and now I can not access it.
Now the only way I can find the hub is searching by MAC. I see the hub on router and it has an IP. But connecting to the hub always fails. Also it does not respond to ping. Is there a way to reset the hub to factory defaults or something?
I tried powering it down for several minutes.
I tried letting it run for several minutes before initiating a find.
thanks
Rick
set a dhcp reservation in your router then reboot hub. After that confirm it's getting internet access by going to my.hubitat.com

there's a small button on the bottom of the hub. you'll have to hold that down for a bit to reset it. i know it works for network settings, not sure about factory resetting.
are you able to access the diag menu? (ip address:8081)

Pressing that momentarily resets the network settings.
