Can no longer turn lights on and off

I have a bunch of Zigbee outlets with lights plugged in. Before bed, they were working.but now they’re not. Nothing in my network changed.

Is there anything I can try?

Thanks

I feel like there may be a few more details people will need to help you solve this conundrum....

What type of outlets go you on, i.e. make and model... to borrow an automotive phrase....

What are you using to adjust the outlets before bed, i.e. is there a particular app you are using?

Are there any logs or other info you can provide, like screenshots of app setup, etc?

Hi,

They’re Zigbee Sengled E1C-NB7. I am logged into my hubs IP address and I select the device in my device list. I’m not sure where to find the logs.

These two links should be useful:

  2. How to collect information for support

Is this what you’re looking for?

You can turn off debug logging for dev. 102 (Outlet 1).

Then unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

Now try controlling it from the hub. Does it work?

No, didn’t work.

Shutdown the hub (from the Settings menu). Then unplug it from the wall (not the microUSB connector). Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and see if you can control "Outlet 1"

No, didn’t work.

Are any zigbee devices working with your hub? What brand/model outlet is this?
