My Current C8 is dying. Haven't been able to find a software/firmware issue. The C8 freezes whilst the LED is still green. Only way to recover is to cycle power, the hub seems to work fine after the power cycle. (I realize one of these days the freezing will corrupt the database).
Assuming it is a hardware problem as I've not seen any posts with similar symptoms I'm leaning toward a hardware issue. (Yes I've changed the power supply and cable, and removed my UPS).
@bobbyD has not responded with a request to look at the engineering logs, I put in a warranty claim with no response either. I know they've been great responding but not this time. Perhaps they are coming out with a major firmware update.
Not my question, if I spring for another C8, can I simply move my cloud backup to the new C8?
