I have two hubs currently. Both have cloud back up and remote access enabled. These subscriptions are about to expire. I want to continue the cloud backup service but don’t need/use the remote access service (it never seems to work and VPN works much faster). Now that I’ve cancelled those subscriptions I don’t see an option to renew for backup only. Any suggestions ?
@romclean You need to subscribe to Hub Protect to get the cloud backup option (which also covers hardware replacement)
