Can Hubitat safely run multiple apps simultaneously?
As in, I am doing an OTA update of my iBlinds firmware - which is taking forever, can I go ahead and edit rules for other devices while Hubitat is working on the firmware update?
While it's possible, never a good idea to interrupt a firmware update, no matter the built-in safeguards. I would personally exercise caution and wait.

Probably the safest thing.
I just aborted the update since there was no progress in the last 30 minutes.
iBlinds still on version 3.01 but working OK. I'll just leave them alone.

Leaving well enough alone is a hard lesson I've learned too many times! 
Might be the security settings. When I attempted to update Inovelli LZW36 fan/light controllers with security enabled, it barely moved the bar after an hour. For both I updated without security enabled and the entire process was done in an hour.
