I like the Fibaro since you can hook up 12v to power them (with battery backup) or just battery if needed. I just use a universal power adapter for the 12v where I have an outlet nearby.

I use a combination of both Z-wave (Ecobee) and Zigbee sensors (Smartthings, Tuya, Aqara). I even use an Ecobee sensor with remote sensor to monitor the level in the water reservoir of my RO system. The TDS meter shows only 20 ppm dissolved solids, but that is high enough to trigger the device.
