This was working in earlier updates, but I got this tonight:
I wonder if this is an artifact from it getting triggered a second time. It's been around a long time and the triggers haven't changed and it's not blown up before.
Might I suggest posting the rule?

It was my "asleep" routine and I was in bed when it died. Once I get to my desktop, I can do that.

Hate it when that happens! Rules should only fail at a convenient time! 
Most likely this is the case. Nothing has changed with Legacy RM in a long time. My suggestion is to redo that rule in Rule 5.1.
I'm doing that when I can.
The great "command retry" feature will def make it SO much easier to do!
The Rule Cross Reference tool helps a lot, too, in catching the interactions.
We'll see what happens now, as I got that rule moved to RM5.1.
