Just purchased the C8 Pro, last version C8. It seems to be working fine(small issues) but I cannot find it on my ASUS Zenwifi Pro ET12. The C8 Pro hub is connected directly to the back of ASUS router, works as I said with executions, but it does not show up at all. I have looked at wired connections as well as WiFi connections, and do not see the address that the hub has taken. Any suggestions?
(Assuming that you are on the same subnet as the hub.) From a Windows CMD window try:
arp -a
and see if you find a MAC that matches the hub.

Thank you, I am on a MacBook, so will have to find the command.
Could try it from the terminal app.
If you know how to log into your router, you can do that and find the matching MAC address in your router's DHCP table.
Or try:
hubitat.local
pretty much all routers have a lan tab. you should be able to lookup the mac address on bottom of c8 and find that in the lan status tab in your router to see the ip it is using
