C8 Pro - Solid Blue Light

I just purchased a C8 Pro this week. I downloaded the app, created an account and plugged in the hub, following the directions on the setup video.

The indicator light never turned green.

I’ve reset my local network, reset the network settings on the hub (via the button underneath), tried to use the Diagnostic Tool…all with no success.

Is my hub a dud or is there something more I can do to connect to it?

I’d start by putting in a Warranty – Hubitat Support Claim just in case, but let’s also give @bobbyD a head’s up in case his magic wand needs some exercise.:sunglasses:
