Any help please I’ve just purchased a C8 pro and need to factory reset it, I’ve looked through the forum but can’t seem to find how to do this, can some one tell me how.. thanks
Why? If it's new, there may be another problem (e.g., with the fulfillment partner if it's not actually new), as you shouldn't have to do this.

What exactly is the issue that you think you need to reset it?
