I bought a new c8-pro off of Amazon, it upgraded itself to firmware version 2.4.3.123 during the initial bring-up process. I have 2 brand new locks I've tried linking to the hub via z-wave, both are on the compatible list - Kwikset HomeConnect 620 & Kwikset Smartcode 912 - neither will connect to the hub. I have tried factory resets on both devices. Is there something I'm missing, or do I need to just return the hub?

Also can you confirm if the Kwikset models you are trying are z-wave ? It seems the 620 is only sold in z-wave but the 912 has zigbee and z-wave versions..
