C8 migration = one way zigbee

Doesn't seem like this topic had a resolution...

I don't feel like doing so many backups if it doesn't seem to be a certain way to fix.

This is a brand new C8 but I have had it for 1.5 years due to the hesitation of a poor migration.

Zigbee Devices Not Responding After Migration

Use the Web UI for testing, not the mobile app. The app just adds another layer to it so we dont know if its the app having the issue or somewhere else. Also turn on debug logging and keep a logs tab open.
