I just noticed I have a Matter device that is unresponsive. It is showing a red x next to the device when i look at Matter under settings. I can't seem to figure out how to get the device back online. Any suggestions?
Is it controllable in your other matter controllers? Generally, I find the old fashion “unplug and plug it back in” to work when one of mine drops off. It’s probably not the appropriate method but it does seem to do the trick.
I only have it connected to Hubitat.
I have tried unplugging it and reconnecting it.
Well i just went back and checked it again and all is good. I guess i juat didn't wait long enough after the power reset.
